Overview

Sion is the youngest of the Mispahk family's working members — a natural engineer who kept the Long Jeong running alongside Michael during the family's years of independent mining. At sixteen, he's already a competent fusion reactor technician.

During Session Nine, Sion was revealed to be Kinetic — the second kinetic awakening in the crew's orbit after Kamaka. He's young, talented, and reckless in the way that sixteen-year-olds are.

Why He's Going to the Belt

Sion joined the Spice Road mission team for the Belt run. He brings engineering depth, kinetic potential, and Belt cultural knowledge. Whether Rin wants her sixteen-year-old brother heading into danger is another question — but Sion has never been the type to stay behind.

He has already demonstrated an intuitive understanding of reactor harmonics, having independently tuned the Long Jeong's reactor to match his kinetics before anyone explained Gestalt to him.
